Our History

For 35 years I have watched and learned from my father Bill as he cooked on the grill and open pit.  He cooked for fund raisers, special events and just for fun.   We fed crowds from 10 to 1000.  Now it’s my turn to carry on the family tradition. We specialize in cooking smoked pork, smoked brisket and baby back ribs. We cook for weddings, retirement parties, golf tournaments, tail gate parties, fund raisers and any event that you might have.  I hope you give us a try.  

We cook on site at your party if that is what you want.  We can deliver to your location as well.  Whatever works for you.  We do side dishes to go along with the meat as well.  We don’t worry about fancy, Our goal is to ensure that your event is memorable and carefree.  

We use a combination of oak and hickory to slow smoke our meat.  We don’t operate a restaurant or cook in mass quantities. We cook for your event and only your event.

For the past 3 years we have participated in the Bikes, Blues and BBQ Bike Rally in Fayetteville each fall.  If you have not visited Fayetteville during that week, you are missing a great event.
